WIB-RTP is hosting an event focusing on how to best manage your career at every stage. The event will be led by two women, who will provide best practice principles and techniques from starting a first-time job search to how to revamp your resume for a senior career transition. Rachel Wile is Senior Recruitment Consultant at Barrington James, who will be speaking about how to utilize and effectively work with a recruiter. Heidi Giusto is head of Career Path Writing Solutions and will provide professional writing tips for your resume. Additionally, both women will assist in a dynamic resume-swap activity and will provide feedback on questions.

Don’t forget to bring your resume!
Note: The BRITE Building is fully accessible to those with physical disabilities, and seating will be available throughout this event. If you need any additional accommodations, please contact us ahead of the event at rtp@womeninbio.org.
