The fifth event in our MAPS Special Interest Panels (SIPs) series will feature WIB members who have transitioned from the bench to business operations, filling roles such as sales, business development, legal, or project management with life science companies.

This event is ideal for those thinking about a transition or working to identify the ideal next path in their career. Hear from these women and enjoy networking before and after with them and others in WIB-Southern California to learn more.

WIB's SIPs Fireside Chats are 60 minute Q&A panels with life science professionals from the Mentorship, Advisors, Peers, Sponsorships (MAPS) programs who share how they transitioned from one type of role in life science to another. MAPS peer groups meet monthly for six months with a mix of junior and senior professionals working together to support each other's career development. Enrollment for peer groups occurs twice annually in April and October.
