Refunds and Substitutions

should you need to request a refund or substitution. Substitutions of attendees
for Women In Bio events will be accepted up to two (2) business days prior to
the event. Cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to an
event are not entitled to refunds, but will give registrants a credit towards
another Women In Bio event.

We
receive and store any information you enter on our web site or give
us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain
information. We maintain your email and mailing address for purposes
of communicating with you. Information about you is important to our
organization. We may from time to time share your information with
affiliates or selected sponsors that follow a protective Privacy
