We negotiate every day whether at work or in our personal lives. No question, negotiation has a gender component to it.
Often, it is more difficult for women than men. However, we don't have to emulate men to become great negotiators!
We can learn to optimize our own personal style and skills to achieve a win-win in any situation.
Workshop leader Ellen Zavian, a pioneer in professional sports negotiations, will teach tools and techniques to:
- Understand and utilize our individual negotiation strengths and challenges
- Develop a "personalized mind map" for negotiations
- Customize negotiations to individual people and situations
- Develop messages tailored to the specific audience and goal
- Manage and answer negative questions and objections
- Use positive voice tone and body language to maximize success
