Spring 2007 Short Game Golf Clinics and Member Networking Events

Many members joined us for these exclusive WIB members' only events -- designed to introduce women players to
golf and improve the playing skills of more experienced players. It was a chance to learn and enjoy the game, for
business and for pleasure.
Instructors
Rod Thomson, 1997 MAPGA Teacher of the Year, and Lynne Hunter, an LPGA member, teaching
professionals at Kenwood Country Club, led the group in the basics of putting and chipping. Proper
mechanics learned here built the basics for solid fundamentals of golf.
